Where our listings come from
Every place we list comes from the business’s own public information: its name, address, what it offers and how to reach it. We check that information before a listing goes live, and details can change, so the business’s own website is always the final word.
Where a business’s website did not confirm a detail, we leave it out rather than guess. We do not publish ratings, reviews, prices or opening hours we have not confirmed.
BayFinds Verified
When a listing has real photos, shared by the business with credit or taken by us, it carries a BayFinds Verified badge. Our notes describe what each place offers, not a verdict on it.
About the pictures
The pictures on our pages are risograph style illustrations, inspired by a kind of place in a neighborhood. They are artistic impressions, not photos of the businesses. When a business shares its own photos with us, we show them with the business’s credit.
Listings are free
No business pays to be listed. Businesses can work with us on clearly labelled features, hosted experiences and gift card features, and those never change how we describe a place. Partner with us.
